01-30-2008, 3:52 PM Nicolas Joined on 01-24-2008 Posts 4 Could not initialize FTP Few days ago, I download the lasted version of PacPROJECT and install it on COMPUTER#1. Then update BRAIN#1 (Pac_R1) firmware to 8.1a, using PacMANAGER (R8.1d). No problem. Then install the same PacPROJECT on COMPUTER#2 to update BRAIN#2 (Pac_R1) firmware to 8.1a, using the same PacMANAGER (R8.1d) having the following problems: 1) After clicking execute on PacManager (Maintenance window), the Install Firmware command result shows the following: [Checking FTP initialization] , then, after about 20 seconds later,… [Could not initialize FTP. Make sure I/O Unit is on. ] 2) On the “Find Opto22 MMP devices” window, shows nothing. ------------------------------ - The inspect window for BRAIN#2 is perfect - FTP using IE or windows FTP.EXE commands, works perfect. - Both BRAINS was originally with Kernel R7.1h - PacCONTROL works perfect with both BRAINS - Firewall turned off on COMPUTER#2 Any suggestion ?    Report
