Display timer in Hours:Minutes:Seconds

Is it possible to display a timer in PAC Display in the Hours:Minutes:Seconds format?  I know its possible to code it in there using extra variables and the modulo command like this post suggests https://www.opto22.com/forums/forums/760/ShowPost.aspx , but this seems like a lot of excess overhead to keep a seperate chart running just to keep crunching these numbers.
