Contact information is available at this link: http://forums.opto22.com/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=189 I think the Opto 22 Forums are a great resource for exchanging information, but they are decidedly "non-deterministic" and aren't the best resource for gettting critical questions answered in a timely fashion.
