Couldn’t resist being the first to welcome the OptoForums V2.0 back after its long sabbatical. The above thread is the sort of communication that you shouldn’t post on the forum. (Product Support have many years of experience in answering these questions directly!).
So although its difficult, lets try and make the forum somewhere you can actually learn something or share experience with fellow “Opto-Techies” as opposed to a customer complaints center.
