I work in the graphic arts industry with many types of printing, stitching, binding and stacking machines. Some of the older outdated or obsolete controllers often need replacing. Is opto22 able to hand high speed input signal from encoders and proximity switches and take over and enhance the functionality of these existing controllers and also be cost effective? This process involves a large amount of shift register style tracking.
I would like to see this demonstrated in one of your videos.
In fact I would love to try and implement this on one of our existing machines.
