One way to import Bitmaps is to use the BMP (or bitmap) tool in the toolbox. To do this, complete the following steps.
1) Go File-> Choose Bitmap
2) Navigate to the location of the Bitmap you would like to place.
3) Select the BMP tool from the toolbox.
4) Click on the PAC Display window where you would like to place the Bitmap.
The bitmap will appear on the window.
