A word to you Engineers, Technicians, Operators, Electricians, and Plant Managers (did I forget anyone?) out there...I realize that these days, with downsizing, right-sizing, outsourcing, and whatever else I'm missing, that you are often doing the job that 2 or 3 people used to do. It is hard to take time out of your hectic day to meet with a Salesperson to hear about new products and technologies. Keeping the plant, process, or machine running probably leaves little or no time for that.
