To celebrate the official start of the fall season, we held two training classes at Opto 22 headquarters. This was a great place to have them because we have some new faces at Opto 22 who were part of the class roster.
A couple of the applications that I learned about from this class are from Varian Medical Systems and Macon Plastics. Varian Medical Systems uses Opto 22 to monitor heaters used in the process of creating X-RAY screens. Macon Plastics uses Opto 22 to create fabricated PVC fittings.
The second September class started on the 24th. This class included John, Leonard, and Richard from Liberty Power and James, Mike, and Patricia from Verizon. Liberty Power works with Verizon in New York to monitor power. Also, Marrs and Darrin from Southern California, Edison was in this class. They work at a center that educates customers on energy-related issues like different ways to conserve energy. They will be using Opto 22 products for displays to aid in teaching customers. The final two members of this class were Selam and Steven who have joined Opto 22's sales team, so buy Opto!!
