Integer Table Ranges in PAC Control Watch Windows

Symptoms:

Viewing integer table ranges in a PAC Control debug watch window may cause problems. The following reproduces these possible problems:

Include a ten element integer table (for example) in a PAC Control strategy.
Download the strategy to a controller.
From Debug mode, add a watch window
In the strategy tree, expand the Numeric Tables folder, right mouse click, select Watch, click Range from, and enter a range of values for the table. The range is added to the watch window, but if the watch window entry is double-clicked, the entire table is displayed instead of just the requested range. This same problem occurs if Debug mode is set to View→Binary Integer Display (range values are expressed in binary, such as "11" for 3 and "101" for 5).
