Workaround:

When using any Opto 22 version of PAC Project, ioProject, or FactoryFloor software on a computer with Windows XP Service Pack 2, or Windows XP with no Service Pack, the Desktop theme needs to be set to Windows Classic theme.

To correct the problem, do the following:

1. Right-click on an empty part of the Desktop.

2. Select Properties.

3. With the Themes tab selected, choose the Windows Classic theme, and click the OK button.

4. Restart the computer to apply this workaround.

Resolution:

Windows XP Service Pack 3 corrects this issue. Refer to the Microsoft Help and Support Web site, for service pack information. Hotfix 319740 is included in this update.
