Can't write to PAC Display PID tags upgraded from Mistic MMI or OptoDisplay

Symptoms:

The Send Value and Send Discrete commands cannot successfully send data to PID tags that originated from Mistic MMI or OptoDisplay projects. Attempts to send data at Runtime displays a message similar to the following in the Event Log Viewer:

TValue() Error: Referenced Type: <type> Actual Type: <type>

The wording for <type> depends on the type of tag written to (integer, float, etc.).

Resolution:
