Graphics with Alarm Point dynamic attribute may display incorrect alarm state

Applies To:

PAC Display Professional
PAC Display Basic

Versions Affected:

Problem was discovered in version: R8.2f
Problem is fixed in version: R8.2g

Resolved In Version:

Problem is fixed in version: R8.2g

Symptoms:

In Runtime, if a window contains a graphic with the Alarm Point control engine driven attribute, and the window is closed and re-opened, the graphic may not display the correct alarm point state. The alarm point must first be triggered and then acknowledged or silenced for this problem to occur. The graphic may display:

  1. The correct alarm state.
  2. The last alarm state.
  3. A normal state, but is actually in an alarmed, unacknowledged state.

The alarm graphic however, always displays the correct alarm state.
