PAC Control: "Undefined Command" on download when actual upper and lower scaling values are the same

Symptoms:

For analog points, if the Actual Upper and Actual Lower scaling values are both set to the same value, then when downloading the strategy, PAC Control displays an error message that starts with: "Undefined Command." The name of the analog point will be listed in the error message.

Workaround:

Change either the Actual Upper or Actual Lower scaling value.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
