B3000-B analog module values momentarily out of range after 2.5 days of being powered up

Symptoms:

Analog input values on a rack with a B3000-B brain may temporarily be reported as -32768 in the control strategy after the rack has been powered up 2.5 days, and every 5 days thereafter. You may or may not see the -32768 readings in the control strategy. The -32768 readings are only seen if the controller polls the analog inputs on the B3000-B while the values are temporarily -32768.

Workaround:

One way to workaround this problem is to cycle power to the B3000-B every one to two days. Another workaround is to program the strategy to ignore momentary, out-of-range values.
