SYMPTOMS

If a historic log is configured to use a Start Trigger, when the trigger is activated during PAC Display Runtime, the tag value is read but is not immediately logged. The value is not logged until it's time to scan the data again based on the Refresh Time.

Example: A historic log's Refresh Time is configured to log once every hour. When the Start Trigger is activated, Runtime scans the log variables, but does not log the values until an hour later when it's time to scan the historic log variables again.

CASE STATUS

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
