Enabling or disabling all Events on a B3000-B causes error 10 on digital I/O addresses

Symptoms:

The B3000-B returns Error 10 Invalid Event Entry on its digital I/O addresses if the commands Enable Scanning for All Events and Disable Scanning for All Events (Mistic I/O command { with group ID 0xFF) are received. As a result, events on its digital I/O units are not enabled or disabled .

Older controllers such as the SNAP-LCM4 and SNAP-LCSX/+ cause this problem. This problem does not occur when using SNAP-PAC or Ultimate I/O controllers.
