PID Input scale not displayed as expected in PIDViewer

Symptoms:

Changes to the Input Min and Max values for the PID Button Configuration in Configurator are not displayed correctly in the PIDViewer at Runtime. For example, a SNAP-AICTD input module has a default range of -40 to +302 degrees F and is configured for 0 to 100 in PAC Control. The Input Min / Max values are changed to 0 to 100, but at Runtime, the range displayed is -40 to 100.
