Incorrect Snap-AIRTD-10 readings

Symptoms:

SNAP-PAC-AIRTD-10 readings are incorrect from both PAC Control debug mode and PAC Manager.

PAC Control version R9.0d and newer is also needed in order to support the SNAP-PAC-AIRTD-10 module.
