B100 I/O units cannot be imported into a strategy

Problem was introduced in version: R9.0a

Symptoms:

If a B100 is exported (from Configure mode: right-mouse click I/O Units>Export) from a PAC Control Pro strategy and imported into another strategy with enabled Legacy Mistic I/O units and commands, the I/O unit is not added and the following error is reported:

2 - An invalid Controller Port has been entered for an Ethernet I/O Unit
