Data Link stored late to Destination by OptoDataLink

Symptoms:

If a Data Link is set up with a long Interval or Time of Day, the Source is read at the correct time, but the data is not stored to the Destination (file, database, etc.) until Interval/2 later. The data value and timestamp are correct, but the data is not saved at the correct time.

Example: If the DataLink is set up to log at a Time of Day, then the interval is the time between when the link starts running and the TimeOfDay is scheduled.

If Time of Day is 6 pm, and the link starts running at 5 pm (1 hour before the Time of Day should occur), then the data is actually saved at 6:30 pm (Time Of Day + (Time of Day - Start Time) / 2).
