Ethernet sessions unexpectedly closed

Symptoms:

Ethernet sessions that are opened (Open Outgoing Communication) at the beginning of a strategy, may be closed almost immediately after they are opened. Sessions that are opened with Listen for Incoming Communication may also be closed and subsequently using the Accept Incoming Communication command, returns the -441 Not listening on socket error message.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
