Repeated 'Start Continuous Square Wave' commands immediately restart the square wave

Symptoms:

If the Start Continuous Square Wave command is sent more than once while a square wave is running, the square wave is immediately restarted when the command is repeated. In addition, if the command is issued during the square wave's on-time when the output point is turned on, the square wave immediately starts the first off-time, and leaves the output point turned on until the end of the next off-time.

This problem impacts strategies that repeatedly call Start Continous Square Wave to alter the on-time or off-time of running square waves. The changes take effect immediately instead of at the next off-to-on transition.
