groov Admin configuration restart button restores to defaults instead of restarting

Problem was discovered in version: groov Admin 1.570.25

Symptoms:

If you press the power button on the groov Box to restore the Box to defaults and then later try to cycle power to the Box using the Restart button in the groov Admin configuration page, the Box will again be restored to defaults. That's because the groov Admin Restart button incorrectly mimics the last action taken with the physical power button.

Workaround:

If you've restored the groov Box to defaults using the power button on the Box, use the power button on the Box to cycle power to the box (briefly press it). Then the next time you use the Restart button in groov Admin configuration, it will simply restart the box.
