Groov Server Fails to validate license file and reports a "Date provided was invalid" error

Symptoms:

When accessing groov Server from your browser, a message box asks for a license file or to start a free trial even if a valid license file is already installed. Attempts to install a valid license result in the following error: "Date provided was invalid."

This problem affects all Windows operating system locales that use a date format different from that used in the U.S.

Resolution:
