SuperTrend log files do not contain force-logging entries when a SuperTrend is closed or minimized

Symptoms:

There are no entries in the SuperTrend log file for pens configured to "Force Logging Every ..." when the SuperTrend is closed or minimized. If a SuperTrend pen is configured with a deadband and to force logging, the logging should occur at user-defined intervals even if the value change is less than the deadband. This works if the SuperTrend is open, but fails when closed or minimized.
