SYMPTOMS

Attempts to log in to groov App result in a pop-up dialog with the message "You are not logged in." This problem will occur and persist as long as the system time on the groov Server or groov Box is earlier than the system time was when the groov App user account was created. This can occur if the system time is set back earlier than the creation time of a user account.

WORKAROUND

Set the groov box or groov Server system time later than the time when the user account was created. Or, delete the user account and recreate it.
