Anti-virus software may cause groov video gadgets to become unresponsive

Versions Affected:

May affect any groov App version

Symptoms:

In groov View, video gadgets may become unresponsive or not update according to the refresh rate set in groov Build.

Workaround:

If you see this issue, check with the manufacturer of your anti-virus program. Either disable or uninstall the program if problems persist with video gadgets.
