COM handle value can be changed while the handle is open

Symptoms:

If your strategy opens a COM handle, it is still possible to change its value. For example, if you set a COM handle to "tcp:192.168.1.1:2001" and then open it, you could then change its value to "tcp:96.229.50.200:8443" and you do not receive an error.

If you examine the COM handle, it appears that it is connected to the changed address, but it is actually still connected to the original address. This confusion makes debugging more difficult.

Workaround:

Close the COM handle before changing its value.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
