Can't enter IP Address with 3 digits when configuring Event Message

Symptoms:

When using PAC Manager to create or edit a configuration file (File > Open or File > New), in the Memmap Copy section of the Configure Event Message dialog, the IP Address control will not allow 3 digits to be typed in.

This issue does not apply to Inspect mode (Tools > Inspect).

Resolution:
