Grayed-out tags in the groov Build tag browser can be assigned to incorrect gadgets

Symptoms:

In groov Build, when you choose a gadget and then assign a tag to it, tags that are inappropriate to use with that gadget are grayed out in the tag browser. For example, a tag with a Boolean data type is not suitable for a Round Gauge gadget; an input tag is not suitable for a Command Button gadget.

However, you can still choose a grayed out tag and assign it to an incorrect gadget.

Workaround:

Do not assign a grayed-out tag to a gadget.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
