SNAP PAC controller or brain continuously resets after saving large user files to flash

Symptoms:

If the files stored in the user flash file storage area take up a lot of room, the SNAP PAC controller or brain may continuously reset after you save your files to flash using PAC Manager.

Workaround:

To recover from a resetting device, either Restore to Factory Defaults or use Failsafe Bootloader mode to load a firmware version that is not affected by this issue.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
