In PAC Control, adding message to queue with blank description causes problem with error queue

Symptoms:

In PAC Control the "Add Message to Queue" command lets you add your own message to the error queue. If you leave the message's Description parameter blank, when the error queue is read it may not be correctly displayed; the controller may behave abnormally and could reset.

Workaround:

Make sure to complete all parameters and not leave one blank; if you want the Description to be blank, use a space character.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
