Loading a strategy from microSD to controller flash memory may fail

Symptoms:

Trying to load a PAC Control strategy and firmware from a microSD card to flash memory on a SNAP PAC may fail. If you inspect the controller in PAC Terminal, you see "Stored in Flash: None" instead of "Stored in Flash: A strategy is stored in flash memory."

Workaround:

Hold the button to restore to factory defaults twice. The first time the firmware will be stored to flash; the second time the strategy will be stored.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
