OPC triggers and sinks don't update values to an Opto 22 Device

Symptoms:

When you configure a data link that has an Opto 22 device trigger or an Opto 22 device sink, the link fails with the error "Error writing value: False, hr: -1073479679". This prevents OptoDataLink from writing to an Opto 22 device.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
