SNAP-AIR400K-8: Temperature reading may go to -32768 during a rapid change in temperature

Problem affects versions: Firmware R9.4a and lower

Symptoms:

If you are using a SNAP-AIR400K-8 and have configured a channel for Temperature, you may briefly see a value of -32768 when the temperature changes rapidly, for example from 120 degrees F to 32 degrees F. The reading returns to the correct value after about 6 seconds.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue and will include the fix in an upcoming release.
