IE and Firefox do not display the Event Status Viewer properly from groov Build

Symptoms:

This issue occurs only when using the Internet Explorer (IE) or Firefox browsers.

When you're in groov Build and click the bell icon (upper right) to see the Event Status Viewer, a new viewer window appears, but the Build window changes to display only the text "Object".

Workaround:

Use Chrome rather than IE or Firefox.
Or navigate back to groov Build by typing in the URL of the groov box plus /#build

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
