In groov, moderate to heavy load causes unreliable event reporting

Symptoms:

In groov, if you have many pages open, many tags referenced by a single page, many events, or many charts, delays can occur in reporting values back to the events system. With these delays, events may not be reported until some time after they occur.

Resolution:
