Opening an FTP Comm Handle in PAC Control uses incorrect default timeout

Symptoms:

When you use the PAC Control command "Open Outgoing Communication" with a Communication Handle to an FTP site, the default connection timeout value is 10 seconds. The correct default value for opening a connection to an FTP server is 30 seconds.

Workaround:

Use Send Communication Handle Command instruction with the "set.to.open.o" option to change the open timeout for an FTP communication handle. This command must be used prior to using the Open Outgoing Communication command. See the PAC Control Command Reference for details on using these commands.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
