PAC Control: Undefined Command error on download

Symptoms:

When downloading a strategy, an "Undefined Command" error message may be displayed.
At the bottom of the error message, these words appear:
Response to command: "-1.#IND definition unknown"
Verify that the PAC Control download options are correct.

This issue occurs when an analog point has scaling configured with the high scale equal to the low scale.

Workaround:

In PAC Control Configure mode, correct the scaling values for the affected analog points (Configure > I/O > I/O Points > Modify).
NOTE: The download error will catch only the first point that has this issue, so when you try to download again, there may be additional errors for additional analog points.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue.
