PAC Display: Decrypting Runtime Operator Log file displays an "Operator Log File is invalid" message

Symptoms:

Note: This issue occurs only when a PAC Display project is configured to log Runtime operator actions and to encrypt the log file (Configure > Runtime > Security tab > Enable Runtime Operator Action Logging check box and Encrypt Log File check box).

When you try to decrypt an Operator Action log file in PAC Display Configurator (View > Decrypt Runtime Operator Log File > Decrypt! button), an error message is displayed saying the Operator Log File is invalid. Instead, the file should be decrypted and displayed.

Resolution:
