PAC Display Runtime Pro: A PID's SuperTrend Pen Scale dialog box may reopen after you close it

Symptoms:

Note: This issue applies only when scaling a SuperTrend pen for a PID control in PAC Display Runtime Pro. It does not happen when you scale a "regular" SuperTrend pen.

In PAC Display Runtime Pro, sometimes when you click OK or Cancel on the SuperTrend Pen Scale dialog box for a PID point*, Runtime closes the dialog box and then immediately opens the dialog box again.

If you clicked OK, Runtime will save the changes you made; however, if the dialog box opens again, the default values (Maximum Value = 100 and Minimum Value = 0) are displayed, which may cause you to think that your changes were not saved.

*You access this dialog box by clicking a PID button in Runtime, and then clicking the Scale button (the magnifying glass below the SuperTrend graph) in the PID Viewer.

Resolution:

Opto 22 has resolved this issue and will include the fix in an upcoming release.
