Like named ioControl charts and subroutines may cause controller reset

Symptoms:

If an ioControl subroutine and chart are named the same, a controller reset may occur. When going back into debug mode, the strategy is re-downloaded.

Workaround:

Rename the subroutine or chart name so that they do not match.
