When 'Time of Day' is met, OptoDataLink may continually exchange data

Symptoms:

If the OptoDataLink when option is set to "Time of Day", then data may be exchanged continuously once the time specified in Each day at: is met. For example, if the Time of Day: is set for 5:00 pm, and OptoDataLink was started at 3:00 pm, then once it becomes 5 pm, data is exchanged continuously. The normal mode of operation with these settings is for the data exchange to occur only once.

The source (Data comes from a) and destination (and goes to a), can be set to any option for the problem to occur.

It is possible for the problem to be masked if the depending on parameter is set. Based on the condition set, the data exchange may be limited to one occurence.
