Numeric recipe table indices are reset when >2047

Symptoms:

If an upload recipe results file with an integer or float table has more than 2048 consecutive elements, and the table is divided into more than one section (group of 2048 consecutive elements), then the indices for the sections after the first section restart at 0. The table element values are correct, but the the indices are incorrect.

Example:

An integer table is divided into 2 sections: elements 0 – 2047, and elements 2048 – 3000.

Indices 0 – 2047 are correctly listed in the results file, but indices 2048 – 3000 are listed as 0 – 952.

Sample recipe results file:

My_Control_Engine: Integer Table.My_Integer_Table
0: <value>
1: <value>
.....
2047: <value>

My_Control_Engine: Integer Table.My_Integer_Table
0: <value>/This should read: 2048: <value>
1: <value> /This should read: 2049: <value>
...
952: <value>/This should read: 2999: <value>
