Append String option in PAC Display Application Manager may fail at Runtime

Symptoms:

Application Managers configured with the Append String option, may fail at Runtime if the control engine is changed from the initial configuration. Regenerating the I/O scanner tag names does not correct the problem.

An error message similar to the following may be displayed:

"Scan error - [Undefined Error # -2147467259 (0x8004005)] while accessing: <control engine name>:<string variable name>

Resolution:
