If you're thinking about moving to Ethernet or wishing you had a few more capabilities in your system, check out our new migration webpage.
The page pulls together information about migrating from Cyrano, FactoryFloor, or ioProject to the SNAP PAC System.
You can take a look at what you'll gain by migrating and read about the steps needed to get there. And as always, be sure to contact us if you have any questions before you make a change.
When you're troubleshooting, you'll want to know about these two pages on our website: Troubleshooting resources and the OptoKnowledgeBase (OptoKB).
- The searchable OptoKB is maintained by Product Support and contains all our reports of issues and workarounds in Opto 22 products. Search by a key word or phrase or search by product to find solutions that may help.
- The Troubleshooting page pulls together documents that help you troubleshoot both current and older Opto 22 products. If you're missing a product manual, this may be the fastest place to look for it.
You can bookmark both pages for quick access at any time.
And of course, if you can't find the answer you need, contact Opto 22's Product Support Group (weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time) for help.
