Availability: In Stock
The SNAP PAC Learning Center is a fully functional, complete package of Opto 22 hardware and software that provides everything you need to learn about Opto 22’s SNAP PAC System. The Learning Center includes PAC Project Basic software, a SNAP-PAC-R1 rack-mounted controller, SNAP I/O modules and mounting rack, and a load panel with digital and analog sensors and actuators (switches, LEDs, a temperature probe, a meter, and so on).
The included step-by-step tutorial guides you through the hardware assembly and software installation and gives you hands-on programming experience with the PAC Project software. You will configure I/O points, read and write to those points, create several flowcharts as part of a control strategy, and build a graphical user interface.
Because the SNAP PAC Learning Center consists of the same field-proven, real hardware and software used by Opto 22 customers all over the world, you'll be able to apply not only the knowledge you've learned, but also the actual Learning Center hardware and software in your next automation project.

The SNAP PAC Learning Center Guide is a hands-on, learn-by-example training course developed for use with the SNAP-PACLC Learning Center kit.
Each chapter of the guide introduces aspects of the SNAP hardware and the PAC Project software suite. You'll learn to install and configure hardware, read and write to points, develop a control application (called a strategy), and create an HMI to interact with the controller and I/O.
This file contains only the guide itself as a PDF; for the complete tutorial, download 1638_SNAP_PAC_Learning_Center.zip.
