Ordering Options
- 1. Credit Card—You may use a credit card on freight-collect orders. You must provide a valid FedEx or UPS shipping account number. Orders are automatically taxed in CA, MI, NC, PA, SC, WA.
- 2. Credit Card with Call Back*—We will call you back at the number you provide to complete your order. Credit card information will be obtained at that time, and you will have a choice of Prepay & Add Freight or Freight Collect. Choose this option for non-taxable orders in CA, MI, NC, PA, SC, WA.
- 3. Purchase Order*—Purchase orders require an account with Opto 22. All orders are shipped prepaid unless otherwise specified. This option may require a call back, depending on how your account is set up.
- 4. C.O.D.*—This option requires a call back to complete and total the order.
*Your order is not complete for order options 2, 3, and 4 until we call you to obtain purchase order number or credit card information, total your order, and provide an estimated shipping date.
