Partner Overview

Our primary service is to provide integration and manufacturing services for Opto 22 hardware and software. We design and build systems, develop software, and provide troubleshooting and support. Signature Projects

• FMC Technologies - Testing system design specialists. Developed intricate control systems for pressure tesing using hydro, hydraulic and nitrogen gas to pressures of 30,000 psi. Also test valve actuators and extreme temperatures (-120 to 600 deg F)
• ACI Services - Development of system to support natural gas compression.
• GTS - Development of turbine generator control systems.
• City of Corpus Christi - Integrated SCADA system utilizing four wireless networks, websites, custom HMI, custom data aquisition.
• STWA - Wireless SCADA system design
• Bean Dredging - Wireless support, Custom 802.11c smart device driver for communication to remote SCADA. Development of wireless booster to connect smart device to remote SCADA system up to 1 mile away.

• Brushy Creek WCID - Wireless Early Warning System utilizing custom datalogger and custom data historian/data analyzer. Also includes website for emergency personnel to monitor status of system.

Examples include wireless communication PDA drivers and GUI for controllers and brains, custom drivers for HMI packages, data acquisition applications for SQL server and MS Access, configuration utilities for packaged applications, embedded web servers for ioControl and Factory Floor controllers and brains, etc. All development has been implemented using MS Visual Studio .Net.
