Local to groov EPIC and groov RIO
Node-RED: dashboard, control, auto report function, email notifications, connecting to numerous PLC’s (Omron, AB), reading and writing to a groov EPIC or groov RIO.
On board the device(s): configuration of numerous sensors of all types on the groov RIO, connecting both to the same network for access and data exchange, local data storage (read write), etc.
Ignition dashboard
Connected to the Opto 22 groov RIO which monitored numerous analog input sensors and offered insight into the machine status. We monitored vibration, temperature, current/power and we were able to send notifications based on machine health to alert for both required maintenance and alarm statuses. This has been expanded to include an entire production line with many other metrics (this will include an Omron PLC, Yaskawa Robot, and a RIO for local expanded I/O requirements).
